Our engineers, based in the Kashmir Valley, work in close collaboration with professionals and researchers from Italy’s leading technical universities — the University of Bologna (Unibo) and Politecnico di Milano (Polimi) — ensuring that every design integrates European engineering precision with local contextual expertise. We utilize advanced design software including ETABS, SAP2000, IDEA StatiCa, CMP, ABAQUS, HILTI PROFIS, and MATLAB to ensure analytical accuracy and constructability.

2) Structural Drawings

Every drawing is produced with strict internal QA/QC checks to ensure coordination with architectural and MEP disciplines.

3) Reinforcement Detailing

Accurate detailing ensures the intent of design is realized on site.

Our detailing services cover all structural elements — slabs, beams, columns, foundations, retaining walls, and staircases — following SP 34, IS 2502, and Eurocode 2. We prepare detailed reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules (BBS) optimized for fabrication and installation, minimizing waste and site rework.

4) Record & As-Built Documentation

Post-construction, we compile record drawings that reflect final site conditions and any approved deviations.
